I liked the work environment and Accounting team that I worked with. I felt very comfortable working with everyone at the company and was never afraid to ask questions. The company culture was great and they had a handful of fun events throughout the summer.
What I wish was different
I wish I had the opportunity to work Fridays virtually. The drive for me everyday became a lot especially when I hit traffic. I commuted about an hour and twenty minutes per day so that made some of my days feel longer.
Advice
One piece of advice that I would give about this experiences is to utilize the people and resources around you. I asked so many questions about both projects that I was working on and things about the business in general. This way I was able to act as a sponge and soak in and learn so much new information and experience.
