In this role:
• You will identify staffing needs in various settings through a means of lead generation, prospecting, job posting, and outbound calls (cold-calling/warm-calling)
• You will learn and have autonomy to build and maintain relationships with your own clients, employees, and candidates
• You will negotiate terms in a staffing contract beginning to end (full cycle/full desk)
• You will work with a mentor to set and exceed sales quotas
