“I really liked the culture of the office I worked at for several reasons. First, a lot of projects required team work which was helpful to learn from teammates and work with people with different job titles. I enjoyed being challenged to learn new softwares and skills. Moreover, I learned a lot about 3D printing which is something I had never done before. Overall, I really liked the job itself between the different work, the atmostohere, and people. ”

“I enjoyed the project experience and mentoring from Staff leaders. I had the chance to design and modify drawings using CAD, testing in the lab for durability, testing for optimum design specifications and material, and improving processes for handling certain lab tests. I collaborated with others to share ideas and got exposure to using Kanban methods to track work progress. Visiting one of the facilities gave me a chance to learn what a day in Operations is like. ”
