Great online experience, one-on-one mentoring, relevant finance projects, long-term projects to work on
What I wish was different
I wish the program wasn't online, however, due to circumstances, it was necessary.
Advice
Stay on top of your work and give everyone progress updates to show you value the projects as an intern. Stay engaged and always ask questions.

What I wish was different
I wish I had been paid more and also 12 hour days were not fun.

Do not go here if you can’t handle a lot of time on your feet. The work is easy though and not overly complicated.

Financial Services Intern
March 2019 • Lock Haven, PA
What I liked
My experience has truly been amazing! The thing I'm most thankful for is the real world experience and knowledge that I've gained from working at First Quality. Also the people here are very kind and are always willing to help. There is also a sense of hospitality here and everyone is treated well and cared about.
What I wish was different
More interaction with the other interns, but nothing major.
Advice
It will open your eyes to the actual day to day work done by those in finance. Networking and talking to others about their duties and responsibilities may help you in the right direction for a potential career if you're still unsure.

Software Quality Engineer Intern
May 2018 • Macon, GA
What I liked
The cleanliness of the facility, the culture of the organization, and the projects I had been assigned.
What I wish was different
Be able to observe projects outside of my Quality intern field more closely, simply for comparisons.
Advice
If you show you are willing to work hard everyday, and make an effort to get to know the people who you are working with, it makes learning in a new environment much easier.
