Are you a driven sales professional looking for an opportunity to drive your financial growth? AdaptHealth is a premier leader in the Healthcare Medical Equipment industry, and we are looking for self-motivated and enthusiastic individuals ready to take control of their career. You will be set up for success with our hands-on training and a guaranteed bonus of $1000 per month for the first 90 days. 

Position Summary

The Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for driving sales, increasing billed revenue, and new patients/customers. Continuity between the patients, clinics, community, physician practice, and the home setting to maximize patient satisfaction with services is key to the success of this position. The focus will be on obtaining, processing, and completing orders accurately and timely to ensure patient needs are met.

Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities:

  • Effectively working through a high volume of inbound/outbound calls using our existing patient base.
  • No cold calls.
  • Obtains all required information from patients to ensure complete, accurate, and timely processing of supply orders.
  • On-site call center position. 
  • Uncapped commission.
  • Paid training with guaranteed bonus the first 90 days.
  • In office 5 days a week.  

Compensation

  • Adapthealth is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The Total Target Compensation range for this position is $55K - $70K+ which includes base salary and commissions.

  • Ability to present, sell, and close customer transactions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
