- Learn and perform the following disciplines to support the Materials Lab Chemist and Materials Development Manager positions:
- Basic Lab Technician testing and duties including, but not limited to:
- Raw Material Testing and Quality Control
- Rubber Compound testing and Quality Control
- Production Part testing
- Other Rubber testing and molding as necessary to support basic Lab Functions
- Chemist Duties Including but not limited to:
- Basic Rubber Mixing Milling and Testing
- Problem solving through analytical testing
- Equipment knowledge and problem solving
- Other Technical disciplines
- Projects concerning Rubber development, processing, problem solving and testing as assigned
- Basic Lab Technician testing and duties including, but not limited to:
- Learn Basic Manufacturing systems, organization and etiquette through the following disciplines
- Project organization platforms
- Kaizen
- Six Sigma
- Lean
- Teamwork development
- Quote meetings
- Department and Multi-department Problem solving meetings
- Project organization platforms
