Overview:
UDA Technologies, a leader in project management and construction software solutions, is seeking motivated individuals to join our Quality Assurance team as Co-Ops/Interns. In this role, you'll work closely with development, presales, support, and marketing teams, contributing to our innovative products by ensuring high-quality standards across web and mobile applications. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in software and mobile testing.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with team leadership and software developers to ensure high-quality software delivery.
  • Gain a deep understanding of UDA Technologies' products and services, including web and mobile applications.
  • Test new software features and updates across all platforms to ensure functionality, performance, and usability.
  • Maintain consistency and integrity of product performance across all stages of development.
  • Collaborate with customer support teams to quickly identify and address client-impacting issues.
  • Provide detailed feedback to the development team on software and mobile app improvements.
  • Conduct internal audits to ensure the functionality of all software components, including new feature rollouts.
  • Maintain a customer-focused mindset, suggesting improvements based on your firsthand experience with the software.
  • Use ticket tracking systems such as HubSpot and Asana to communicate progress between software engineers and customer service teams.

 

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

  • A bachelor's degree (or in progress) in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail with a meticulous approach to quality assurance.
  • Experience in testing web and mobile applications, including new software features and updates.
  • A mature, outgoing personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of various Office Suites (Microsoft Office, Google Drive, etc.).
  • Experience with both Mac and Windows operating systems.
  • A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
