We are looking for a talented and motivated Electrical Engineer co-op to join our team. You will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge digital engineering projects, learn from experienced engineers, and contribute to the development of our products and services. As a Digital Engineer Intern, you will be providing support for engineering functional areas of Department of Defense, NASA and commercial programs. Performs design, analysis, programming, test and evaluation of electronics; reports results and conclusions; and makes recommendations.   

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provides electrical support directly to customers or as part of a design team
  • Assists senior level electrical engineers in developing electrical designs and providing support necessary documentation
  • Assesses a problem; designs and documents an engineering solution to address it
  • Prepares electrical drawings as well as technical illustrations, assembly drawing schematics, wiring diagrams, and wiring lists to support design
  • Defines detailed tasks and formulates alternatives, designs, and paths forward

Education and Experience

  • Pursuing a BS degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering or related engineering field

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Understanding of analog and/or digital electronics
  • Ability to work independently to accomplish assigned tasks; ability to work in team environment
  • Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance


    Housing can be provided to those who currently reside outside the Huntsville, AL area for the duration of their Co-Op.
