Associate, Civil Design Program - Jun 2025 start

LAUNCH is a 24-month program. You will work in a team environment and contribute to the firm’s civil engineering projects. Rotations will include: Design, CAD Modeling, Construction Administration (CA), Field Observation, Airport Planning, Project Management, and Business Fundamentals.

 

Begin your career working with peers and experienced professionals in Richmond, VA during your first year. During your second year, you have the option to build your network in Richmond, VA or move to one of Delta’s other offices: Charlotte, NC, Harrisburg, PA, Raleigh, NC, or Oklahoma City, OK.

 

LAUNCH candidates must have a B.S. or M.S. in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited engineering school. If you have a strong desire to travel, design and construct airports, learn and try new things, and gain exposure to all facets of consulting engineering, please let us know! Airport design and planning background, land development interest, internship/co-op experience, and E.I.T. certification a plus.
