Parker-Engineering Leadership Development Program
The Engineering Leadership Development Program (ELDP) is a high-level training program designed to provide engineers with companywide knowledge through select technology courses and collaborative projects, to become the leaders of tomorrow. The program will accelerate learning and appreciation of new product development through cross-functional and cross-group exposure and will ensure new college grads develop skills for career progression through Parker Hannifin. Their fresh ideas and enthusiasm, combined with our industry leadership, will help us continue our success as the premier manufacturer of advanced motion and process control components and systems.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Program duration: 1 year as Corporate, up to 2 years total depending on group
- Program Structure: up to 4 rotational / experiential assignments
- Rotations' length: varies by group; typically 6 months each
- Research, evaluate and recommend viable solutions to business issues
- Work on a division, group, and/or peer team to complete assigned projects
- Complete and present team projects to stakeholders
- Present technical data to team mates
- Complete multiple technology courses and training programs
- Design, testing, integration, and qualification of Parker products
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors of Science (BS) in Engineering or Focus in Electrical, Computer Science, Electro Mechanical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Chemical, Agricultural, motor design, robotics, and/or system integration.
- Overall GPA of 3.0 or better; Core Class GPA of 3.2 or better

- Knowledge of integrated software/hardware products
