Environmental Specialist- Southwest Alabama

If so, Environmental Business Specialists (EBS) has an entry level position open on our client facing Operations Support team. In addition, we spend time cross training new employees in a variety of areas within the company to provide an overall perspective of how each department is an integral part to our organization.
Job Requirements & Responsibilities:
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret data using Microsoft Excel is critical
- Perform all work with a safety focus
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability for unrestricted overnight travel, occasionally working nonstandard schedules
- Ability to work in a team environment with a diverse group
- Comfortable working with and around wastewater environments at a variety of facilities
- Perform laboratory testing
- Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, engineering or related STEM field required
- Mechanical aptitude
- Must exhibit hunger, drive, ambition, initiative, humility, and eagerness to learn
- Must be able to work well with change
- Prior customer facing experience, regardless of industry, is considered a plus
The ideal candidate must be willing to be located in Southwest Alabama after three months of training completed in Mandeville, LA
