Compounding Chemist
Position Summary
- Perform all facets of the mixing and blending process to meet the production schedules and orders on a continual basis
- Ensure quality and quantity of all products meet customer specifications
Duties and Responsibilities
- Proper documentation
- Compound all required types of preparations including solutions, setup, operations and disassembly of manufacturing equipment
- Awareness of Good Manufacturing Practices and Standard Operations Procedures
- Blending/mixing, and processing of raw materials
- Sterilization of compounding equipment
- Perform pre-weighing of raw materials
