Ulliman Schutte uses our co-op and internship program as both a vital part of our ongoing operations and a "proving ground" for our future leaders.
Ulliman Schutte co-ops and interns take on the full responsibility of an engineer within our company. All receive on-the-job training in every aspect of large project delivery, including estimating/acquisition, procurement, scheduling, engineering, documentation, and about a jillion others. Elements of all major engineering disciplines will come into play, including civil, mechanical, environmental, electrical, chemical, and systems.
