2023 Summer Intern - Mechanical Engineering

Program Summary
 
We offer Mechanical Engineering students the opportunity to spend a summer working at our North American Manufacturing BASF site in McIntosh, AL. Interns will participate in a variety of Engineering projects which will in turn provide the opportunity to further develop both technical and professional skills. These practical and meaningful assignments will give interns the ability to apply what they’ve learned in school.

Ingredients for Success: What We Look for in You…
 
 

  • Major in Mechanical Engineering
  • Demonstrated academic achievement (Minimum GPA 3.2).
  • College Sophomores, Juniors & Seniors
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Outstanding work ethic.
  • Agility/Leadership Potential.
  • Active participation in extracurricular activities and on-campus organizations.
  • Previous internship/co-op experience.
