POSITION OVERVIEW
Milliken is in search of an SAP Product Analyst to join our team! This position will be a key player in the IT Department on a product team in the manufacturing and planning area and reports to the Business Applications Manager. The Analyst will work with the team to understand requirements, develop specifications, perform configuration and reference file updates, perform system tests, deploy applications, train end users, and provide system support. The person in this position will play an essential role in digitally transforming Milliken’s planning and manufacturing processes. This role is based out of our corporate headquarters in Spartanburg, SC and offers a Hybrid work schedule.
 
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
•         Perform system analysis and research, along with system configuration.
•         Design system changes and develop design documents.
•         Perform configuration, unit testing, and integration testing of all enhancements and changes.
•         Collaborate with developers to create new functionality
•         Develop documentation and training material as well as deliver training
•         Develop cutover plans and go-live preparations for major projects.
 
QUALIFICATIONS – REQUIRED
•         BS degree in IT related field or 5 years equivalent work experience
•         3+ years SAP business process experience
•         Knowledge of manufacturing, production and planning processes
•         Strong capability in Microsoft Office software suite
•         Willingness to travel, occasionally for extended periods of time (1-2 weeks)

•         Ability to work independently and as part of a team, organize tasks efficiently, and perform the analyst function accurately
