Occidental Chemical Corporation (OxyChem) is a leading North American manufacturer of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resins, chlorine and caustic soda – key building blocks for a variety of indispensable products such as plastics, pharmaceuticals and water treatment chemicals. OxyChem is interviewing Electrical Engineers interested in a summer internship. Engineering Interns will work for two to three months alongside a mentor. Beyond certain day-to-day responsibilities, interns are challenged with a summer project typically focusing on a value adding engineering initiative.

Qualifications

- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- Must maintain minimum cumulative 2.85 GPA on a 4.0 scale
- Minimum 2 extracurricular and/or work activities
- Must have a graduation date of December 2023 – May 2025
- Must be willing to relocate
