Inside Sales Rep
Job description
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for incoming phone calls. This is a hybrid role between sales and customer service. In this role, you will act as a detective to determine any problem and find a solution to every issue. Whether you are assisting with scheduling service, collecting payment, or updating customer files, you put the minds of our customers at ease.

Job Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls professionally, determine the customers issue, and propose the right service to solve their problem and maintain a high close rate
- Customer retention: Influence customer to recognize the value of being a SafeSpray customer and offer solutions to met their needs and minimize customer cancelations
- Schedule appointments as needed
- Take phone Payments
- Escalate to management any issues as needed
Qualifications:
- Self-motivated
- Proven ability to show initiative to get things done without directly being told
- Experience using Microsoft suite required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to assess, prioritize and act quickly
- Team Oriented
- Concerned about doing things the right way
- Able to stay calm and patient when faced with emotional situations
