Office Administration Team Member/Entry-level Bookkeeper

Start your career with us today! We are looking for an Office Administration Team Member/Entry-level Bookkeeper to join our team of talented and passionate people in our LA office. This is a full time, Monday through Friday entry-level position. Responsibilities Include:
•        Perform office administration duties such as mail, scanning and filing to document software
•        Provide coverage for front desk/phones
•        Accounts Payable/Receivable processing
•        Schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements and create itineraries
•        Greet and provide hospitality to clients/guests
•        Errands/Special projects including credit card receipt matching and data entry
•        Screen calls

•        Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook/Excel and Adobe PDF
•        Enjoy and excel working in a fast-paced environment
•        Have strong problem solving, organizational and planning skills

Education Requirements
·        A minimum of two semesters of college level accounting is preferred but not required
·        A general understanding of the music industry is helpful but not required
