Construction/Tech Project Manager (Customer Success Manager)
Creative Works is seeking a Customer Success Manager (also known as a Construction/Tech Project Manager) to help our clients bring their amazing attractions like Laser Tag, Mini Golf, Escape Rooms, VR and more into reality. Our CSM’s work with our sales consultants to transition sold projects through the Design, Production, and Installation stages of our Buyers’ Journey. This role is instrumental in coordinating with our clients’ architects and general contractors to ensure smooth execution and installation. This is critical to the Just Cause of Creative Works: to make powerful emotions and memories through immersive attractions.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Collaborating with sales consultants on projects just prior to a sale closing
- Serving as a point of contact for teams to ensure team actions remain in synergy as the project progresses through Design, Production, and Installation stages.
- Coordinate with clients’ General Contractors and Architects about space planning and site prep for installation
- Communicating with the client to keep the project aligned with their goals
- Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected
- Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project change
Job Requirements
- 3 Years of Project Management experience
- Experience utilizing formal PM software (Wrike, Basecamp, Trello, etc.)

Pay and Benefits
- Job Type: Full-Time Salary Exempt (40-45 hours weekly)
- Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday through Friday
- Salary: $52K - $65K per year depending on experience (includes commissions)
