About the position:
The City of Portland, Bureau of Environmental Services (BES) is seeking an Engineer III to build and lead our Wastewater Treatment, Pump Station and Non-Process Facility Planning Section, a new team in the Priority Area Planning Division of the bureau’s Integrated Planning Group. We are a division of planners and engineers working together with stakeholders from across the bureau, City, and our community to manage planning efforts that will recommend capital projects as well as programmatic, policy, and operations and maintenance (O&M) solutions based on strategic objectives, system risks, and stakeholder input.
