Account Coordinator - SGK Inc Brand Experience

This remote Project Coordinator establishes and grows trusted relationships with client partners and colleagues, while successfully running projects and programs within the assigned accounts. The Project Coordinator ensures efficient execution of integrated marketing disciplines (communications/materials, digital marketing, website, and social) from estimation to completion, and partners with the broader project team to ensure deliverables are completed on time and on budget. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Experience in Beauty, Home, Health / Wellness, and/or Telecom preferred.
  • Previous work experience at a Creative Agency preferred
  • Understanding of e-comm and consumer experience, and digital advertising best practices.
  • Serve as a B2B and B2C subject matter expert for the assigned clients.
  • Ability to collaborate with remote teams.
  • Builds and ensures effective relationships with clients and key agency players.
  • Validates creative briefs and overall direction provided by Client's Marketing Team to ensure quality, on-brand work with zero errors. 
  • Coordinates client-specific projects throughout the lifecycle, including estimate creation, selection of appropriate projects and sub-projects, assignment of resources, monitoring project progress, prep for AM for brainstorms, kick-offs, downloads, and presentations.
  • Approves/ generates estimates and facilitates Client delivery
  • Serves as the main day-to-day contact, ensuring a positive experience, timely response, and de-escalation of potential issues
  • Develops innovative proposals in partnership with management to capture both account growth and new business opportunities. Identifies new services/offerings to meet the clients’ evolving digital needs, and sells them in
  • Ensures billing is accurate and meets forecasted numbers
  • Participates in cross-functional teams to develop and/or adapt processes, policies, and workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, speed, quality, etc. 
  • Understands and supports solutions for business-related issues and situations and generates specific plans that achieve objectives.
  • Additional duties as assigned. 

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field
  • 0-2 years of experience in a Creative Design Agency, Market Research firm or similar consulting environment; or an equivalent combination of education and experience managing digital integrated marketing campaigns
  • Occasional travel either locally, nationally, and/or internationally may be required in the future. 
  • High degree of proficiency MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications
  • Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning)
  • Solid understanding and application of all integrated marketing tactics (communication, website and all digital tactics: involvement in digital production, including microsite design, front end development, online banner advertising, social and broadcast production)
  • Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as internal and external clients
  • Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
  • Ability to work with and influence peers and senior management
  • Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines, and reporting
