About the role - What’s your purpose?
Signal is looking for a Finance Executive to join our Finance team. Whilst the existing Finance team is based in London, this role will be our first based in the New York office in a bid to better support our growing US team. We are growing very quickly in terms of revenue, people and geographies and you will play an important part in helping us accelerate our global growth ambitions. You will report to our Financial Controller.
Key Responsibilities - What you will be doing?
- Be responsible for US specific work items such as:
- US deal approvals - Finance review
- US cash flow management
- Customer collections - Sales ledger management
- Account Payable - Supplier management
- Balance sheet reconciliations and bank reconciliations
- Expenses processing
- Various month-end responsibilities
- Monitoring the Finance inbox
Requirements - Who are we looking for?
- CPA/CMA Qualified/part qualified accountant with minimum 2 years experience in industry
- Process and detail oriented and comfortable working independently
- Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, and experience with Excel and accounting software
- Clear communicator and excellent at connecting and building rapport with stakeholders
- Exceptional at project management & getting things done with quality
- Ideas-driven and hands-on with a can-do attitude
