Project Coordinator Job Responsibility Overview
Includes but not limited to:
Project Set Up
o order drawings and specs
o setup of master specs and drawings
o create and set up studio in bluebeam
o create project in primavera
Workflow during project
o rfi’s
- post trade, structural and architectural (150 RFI’s on average)
- file, upload to bluebeam, and send to team
- update primavera
o submittals
- create transmittal covers in primavera and submit document to reviewer
- upload approved submittals to bluebeam and save to file
- create transmittal cover and send approved submittals to vendor and team
- link approved submittals to drawings/schedules
o supersede drawings as required by RFI’s, PR’s , ASI’s , CCD’s and/or bulletins
- hard copy of update to the field, update master in house
o Purchase Orders
- upon receipt create folders for in-house master and field if applicable
- save document to procurement folder, pm folder and foreman folder as needed
- upload to bluebeam studio
Project closeout
o request and compile O&M’s, warranties, attic stock and submit documentation
