Administrative/Marketing Assistant

We are seeking an Administrative/Marketing Assistant to join our team! You will provide administrative support for our company, as well as handle marketing responsibilities for our CEO or Chief Marketing Officer. Lloyd Jones will give you the growth, experience and the opportunity to work for a first-class organization. The position of the Administrative/Marketing Assistant can start as soon as possible on a paid hourly basis, for current students or graduates focused in marketing or a similar discipline. The position will be full-time in Miami, FL in the city’s financial district. Due to the rapid expansion of the company's internal resources, a coordinator is needed to support the company's growth and presence in the Miami area. Here, you will conduct real-life on the job training, as well as provide input that could transform you into a rising star. You will gain company-wide visibility with this role, and it will give you the professional experience you are striving for.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle administrative needs of Executives and Team
  • Arrange conference calls and meetings
  • Plan work-related travel details
  • Receive visitors
  • Maintain and order supplies
  • Handle social media accounts for CEO, company, or properties
  • Provide Support to social media efforts to target new audiences
  • Assist with trade shows and special events to promote the company and increase attendance
  • Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities

Qualifications:
  • Please post resume with most recent education
  • Preferably a Bachelor's Degree in business management or marketing.
  • Previous experience as a secretary, administrative assistant, or in other related fields.
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good with social media
  • Excel and Word proficient
  • Possess creativity, flexibility, variety, and growth potential
  • Should be open-minded, a fast learner, enthusiastic, and adaptable
