This position reports to the Director, Corporate FP&A. The position works collaboratively with others in Finance and Accounting and across the Company to provide financial understanding and enhance the financial performance of the company. 
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 

  • Provide financial business support to Corporate Development and G&A Functional Areas, including Finance, Legal/Trade Compliance, HR, Executive Management and Global/Local IT 
  • Interact closely with business partners as part of information gathering, analysis and vetting
  • Prepare timely and accurate material for the monthly reporting and intra-quarter updates
  • Support monthly close process including reviewing open PO report, preparing accruals, review Prepaids, collaborate with Accounting to ensure correct reporting
  • Review and manage capital expenditures, headcount and purchase requisition approvals
  • Support Quarterly Business Reviews / Annual Operating Plan
  • Support Corporate FP&A shared services, reporting and analysis
  • Prepare quarterly regional financials, provide ad-hoc financial analysis as required 
  • Support 10Q/K filings and quarter-end close activities
  • Assist Corporate Finance in continuous process improvement, establishing process documentation and procedures
  • Other duties and responsibilities as requested
 
 
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED
 

  • University degree, preferably in finance, accounting, or business
  • Ability to successfully work independently, detail oriented
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of hands experience: FP&A or equivalent planning & analysis and management accounting
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Comfortable in a rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to lead or be a significant contributor to cross-functional improvement projects.
  • Experience in annual planning cycle, forecasting cycle and management reporting processes required
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with critical business functions outside of the Finance/Accounting function
  • ERP system + reporting system experience (Oracle /EPBCS)
  • MS Office (expertise in EXCEL & PowerPoint)
