ABOUT THE PATP
Seattle Rep’s Professional Arts Training Program provides apprentices the opportunity to learn alongside professional art and theater-makers. PATP offers hands-on work learning and behind scenes experience. Apprentices undertake responsibilities as members of various departments, contribute ideas, participate in department and staff meetings, and engage in projects with the guidance of their supervisor. They will also participate in professional workshops and seminars, which provide connections with theater staff, guest artists, and the Seattle Arts community members.

LIGHTING DESIGN POSITION OVERVIEW
As part of our commitment to developing emerging theater artists, we offer a specialized Lighting Design Apprenticeship for applicants who have academic or equivalent early career experience in lighting design and are looking to expand their knowledge to the workings of a large regional theater.
