About the Compass Investors Program:
A core program within the Business and Human Rights pillar of RFK Human Rights, RFK Compass Investors seeks to inform investment decision-makers—pension plans, sovereign wealth funds, endowments, family offices, investment consultants, and fund managers—of the human rights issues to consider during their investment process of seeking superior, risk-adjusted returns. Investors in our network control close to $7 trillion in assets under management (AUM).

We work to create a robust network of investment industry leaders - social capitalists - who recognize that maximizing profits at all costs is a risk to their people, their profits, and the planet by educating, convening, and catalyzing them to act in support of a more just and equitable world. We advocate for actions that tackle the root causes of inequality that has formed the cornerstone of our current capitalist society through an approach that prioritizes:
  • Investments in business models, services and companies that drive wealth into communities and individuals from underrepresented racial minority groups and women.
