Financial Analyst

We're looking for collaborative, talented original thinkers who want to drive business results, transform processes, and inspire new ways of thinking. The Financial Analyst drives business results by providing cost-focused decision support analysis to leaders in finance and operations. As you support one of our North American manufacturing sites, you may find yourself working with a cross-functional team bringing a new, exciting product to market or providing insights to drive cost savings initiatives.

Financial Analyst Job Responsibilities
  • Analyze manufacturing costs and monthly results to identify improvement opportunities
  • Lead the development of forecasts and budgets
  • Communicate financial results with impact and influence to support delivery of business objectives
  • Drive consistent application of established financial controls
  • Perform financial analyses to identify insights that support cost reduction programs, capital investments, and other opportunities
  • Build financial and business acumen within the mill operations teams
  • Lead cross-functional and finance initiatives

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
  • Cumulative grade point average of 3.2 or higher
  • Ability to travel one week per month to assigned production site
  • Presently authorized to work in the U.S. on a regular, full-time basis
