Our RentalWorks division provides customers with access to a full line of rental equipment and general tools. Offering common rental items including, but not limited to aerial lifts, forklifts, backhoes, skid steers, excavators, water trucks and air compressors. RentalWorks also carries a large fleet of more specialized items such as, carry deck and rough terrain cranes, boom trucks, bucket trucks and high-capacity forklifts

CraneWorks offers cranes from 2 to 500-ton capacity. In addition to crane rental, CraneWorks also offers rigging, machinery moving, specialty hauling and equipment storage services.

Inside Sales Representative

Description:
As the, you will serve as a key customer contact and consultant at our branch, with responsibility for recommending solutions to the customer, quoting, selling and fulfilling orders for our equipment and services based on their needs. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious professional who has an interest in our industry and can build relationships and provide outstanding customer service. Reporting directly to the Branch Manager of RentalWorks, the Inside Sales Representative is a critical position in the success of the company’s continued growth in account base and revenue generation. The Inside Sales Representative is accountable for all facets of the business to include reservation close ratio, revenue growth, and customer service.

Responsibilities:
Take incoming sales call and provide industry leading customer service.
· Dispatch cranes for incoming and outgoing deliveries
Crane knowledge, logistics & load chart knowledge a plus
Familiar with DOT oversize/overweight permits
Microsoft Office skills experience: Excel, Word, Adobe and Outlook
· Maintain and manage customer contact lists to include future follow up to grow revenue.
· Ability to work individually in a fast-paced environment
· Uses consistent business processes to achieve desired results
· Develop and maintain customer relationships.
· Work with outside sales force to gain new customers.
· Work with outside sales force to maintain and grow existing customers.
· Execute specific sales initiatives as they are developed.

Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
· Exceptional relationship-building skills
· Strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Keen attention to detail
· Visual Dispatch/Rentalman experience a plus
Familiar with 3D Lift Plan
· Strong computer skills with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
· Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
