Human Resources Representative

As a Human Resources Representative, you will be responsible for providing assistance and support of various human resources services and functions. This is a long-term temporary assignment, with the ability to move to a permanent status pending performance/business need.

Job Duties/Responsibilities may Include, but are not limited to: 
·      Recruiting needs/planning and new employee orientation.
·      Liaise with Regional and Corporate Human Resources.
·      Interact with and counsel all levels of management, salaried & hourly employees, to assist and resolve a wide variety of personnel, wage/salary and benefit related issues.
·      Interface with Corporate Human Resources, Total Rewards and Payroll personnel to assist and support employee issues and problems in some or all of the following areas:
·      Performance Management Process.
·      Relocations / International Service Employee Issues.
·      Labor Relations Issues.
·      Communication of human resources related material.
·      Employee Opinion Survey analysis and communication.
·      Annual Succession Planning process.
·      Performance of duties associated with Governmental regulations and internal investigations.
·      Administration of payroll, salary administration, time and attendance and PeopleSoft related activities.
·      Track and report on metrics and measurements for human resource functions and provide data to management.
·      Learning initiatives.
·      Various other human resources related duties.
 
Basic Qualifications:
·      University degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline
·      Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills with the ability to work with and/or align internal and external customers.
·      Solid organization and problem-solving skills.
·      Ability to work multiple projects concurrently.
·      Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Top Candidates Will Also Have:
·      1+ year of HR related experience
·      Experience working with Workday HRIS/ATS.

Additional Information:
·      Relocation assistance is NOT available for this position.
·      This position is located in Seguin, TX.
