Sales Development Representative IOT

Your Tasks & Responsibilities


  • You are responsible for building a qualified sales pipeline and identifying new prospects
  • You prospect, screen and qualify potential leads through pre-qualification calls, email & a multi-channel approach in coordination with our Marketing team 
  • You maintain active engagement with prospects using creative follow-up communication 
  • You boost our response rates, book virtual meetings and support our demos with potential clients and our presales team 
  • You work closely with the Marketing team to determine new campaigns and sales enablement strategies 
  • You manage our tool for video-calls and client interaction 
  • You use Salesforce effectively to manage and update leads and opportunities, to ensure a seamless handover to the respective sales team 
  • You are efficient at managing a busy outbound pipeline of leads 
  • You supply innovative prospecting methods to source sales opportunities 
  • You ensure seamless hand-off of appointments to the respective Sales team 
  • You are creative: You analyze sales data and work closely with the Marketing and Sales Teams to develop new outreach strategies 
  • You present information and participate in web-based demonstrations 

Your Qualifications


  • You have completed studies in Business Administrations or related studies
  • You have 0-3 years of Professional experience as a SDR; in a comparable position or in the areas of Inside Sales or B2B Sales 
  • You are passionate about working with industrial market leaders all over the world  
  • You are experienced in the use of CRM (Salesforce) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator 
  • You are highly communicative and love to talk to prospects on video, phone, via E-Mail or face-to-face 
  • You are passionate about for new technologies and have an ability to speak knowledgeably about the industry and IoT 
  • You communicate clearly, with a deep sense of empathy, and a commitment to integrity 
  • You have excellent English writing and speaking skills with attention to grammar and tone; German is a nice-to-have
