Field Engineer Co-op / Intern

Students that excel in our program have a unique combination of ambition, intelligence, and a sense of adventure. Most enjoy the hands-on aspect of civil/mechanical engineering and construction, and enjoy the challenge of problem-solving in a very fast-paced, team environment. And importantly, successful future leaders of our company embrace the adventure of relocation and the new relationships and experiences which accompany it.
Ulliman Schutte uses our co-op program as both a vital part of our ongoing operations and a "proving ground" for our future leaders.
Ulliman Schutte co-ops and interns take on the full responsibility of a Field Engineer or Assistant Superintendent within our company. All receive on-the-job training in every aspect of large project construction, including managing subcontractors, coordinating project schedule, overseeing construction crews, safe execution of day-to-day project operations, and about a jillion others.
