LOCATION: Gilbert, SC
REPORTS TO: Controller
DEPARTMENT: Administration

Job Summary:
As a CRM Analyst, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the operating system SingleOps. This program manages customer records, performs estimates, schedules teams, invoices, receives payments, and gathers critical data about projects and contract services performed. You will also analyze the data and give critical feedback on the profitability of projects and contracts.

Essential Functions:
- Analyze data and ensure data integrity
- Create and prepare a daily dashboard to communicate profit/loss
- Create and prepare monthly customer evaluation reports
- Troubleshoot and research complex system issues and escalations
- Act as the main point of contact for all support and information requests for all CRM related issues
- Create and manage the invoicing process
- Maintain customer contracts and assist in billing estimations
- Create and lead training sessions for system users
- Review analytics to identify which groups may need additional support or follow up training
- Perform other duties as assigned by the leadership team

Qualification Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of CRM or Contract Accounting experience, preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or any other related field.

- Possess strong analytical, project management, and planning skills.
- Detail-oriented and thrive in dynamic and fast-paced working environments.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Must be able to read, analyze, and interpret data associated with job duties and responsibilities
- Appropriately respond and handle inquiries or complaints in a professional manner
- ERP and Quickbooks Online experience a plus

Office Functions:
- Operate common office equipment such as a calculator, scanner, and copier
- Able to effectively use Office, Word, Excel, and all programs required to perform duties and responsibilities on a daily basis.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
