UDA Technologies is seeking individuals for Software Technical Support positions in the Auburn office. Selected individuals will work as a team with software development, pre-sales engineering, and marketing staff to develop and advance a suite of integrated project management software applications. Candidates will work directly with customers by phone and email to resolve issues in a timely, friendly, and professional manner. Ideal candidates will have a software engineering, computer science, or related background, have a mature and outgoing personality, excellent verbal and written communication skills, plus working knowledge in VBA, T-SQL or Microsoft SQL Server.
Excellent candidates will have -
-Strong Customer Service skills for a variety of product and project types (experience required)
-Strong project management skills
-Must have experience using Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook
-Must be self-motivated, willing to learn and adapt to new situations, and focused on customer needs
-Bachelor's Degree or pursing a degree
