Bluefish Medical is looking for a Business Manager who shares our passion for providing patients with the highest level of quality care and the best experience possible. This is a full-time (Monday - Friday) completely remote position. The Business Manager will be responsible for ensuring the success and profitability of our various business lines. Applicants should have previous management and healthcare experience and be comfortable working very independently.
Requirements include:
- Must have high speed internet, not satellite internet
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- Must be self-motivated and disciplined
- Bachelor’s degree required
Responsibilities include:
- Assess overall company performance against objectives
- Determine hiring needs and assist in filling open positions
- Manage employee production excel models and counsel toward improved efficiency
- Represent the company onsite with customers and provide support for sales and marketing efforts
- Create monthly customer facing reports for each line of business
- Manage the implementation and set standard operating procedures for new lines of business
- Manage overall medical billing and collection efforts
