PT Admin Assistant

The Administrative Assistant will work directly with the corporate accounting team and will be exposed to various back-office processes and procedures. This is an ideal role for an undergraduate student seeking to gain “real world” experience and develop their skills and understanding of business processes. This is a part-time position that will allow flexible work hours in a fun and energetic work environment.
DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES:
·     Assist with collection and tracking of company wide data
·     GL coding of invoices in Account Payable
·     Storage and organization of forms in Google Drive
·     Answer phones and route calls appropriately
·     Receiving and shipping mail/packages
·     Assist with payment reconciliations
·     Develop new ideas to streamline and organizing current office processes
·     Support various ad hoc projects  
 
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
·     High school diploma
·     Some college preferred
·     Position is entry level, training available
·     Knowledge of Google Drive, Gmail, Excel, and PowerPoint helpful
·     Strong organization skills with attention to detail (emphasis on accuracy and timeliness)
·     Positive “can do” attitude and willingness to dig into the details. 
·     Flexible and able to multi-task and work to corporate deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Must have ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
·     Excellent oral and written communication skills
