Cybersecurity Analyst (Kingsport, TN)
• Support development of security monitoring tools and alerts across Eastman's infrastructure and applications
• Support vulnerability assessments and penetration testing activities, documenting findings and collaborating with infrastructure and application teams on remediation
• Help maintain and improve security controls, including identity and access management, endpoint protection, and network security tools
• Contribute to security awareness initiatives by helping develop training materials and communicating best practices to the broader organization
• Participate in security policy and compliance efforts, gaining exposure to frameworks such as NIST and ISO, as well as relevant regulatory requirements
Infrastructure Analyst (Kingsport, TN)
• Designing, implementing, maintaining and troubleshooting IT infrastructure hardware and software systems
• Manage day-to-day global infrastructure environment including documentation and training
• Assist with architecting new infrastructure services and connectivity to meet changing business needs
• Project work including design, justification, and implementation of new capabilities
• Use of analysis tools to understand and improve the performance/functionality of specific applications
• Learn proper security mechanisms to protect the infrastructure landscape from internal and external threats
Software Engineer (Kingsport, TN)
• Develop an understanding of basic requirements of software engineering
• Writing code, testing and debugging
• Perform simple-to-moderate programming tasks in support of developing, modifying, and maintaining standard programs and applications
• Performing testing and developing documentation at the task level
• Validating the application satisfies user requirements
Business Solutions Analyst (Kingsport, TN)
• Gain solid understanding of business processes and software applications that enable those processes
• Provide day-to-day application support: address broke/fix, provide consultation, investigate data issues
• Sustain-the-utility by addressing version upgrades, support packs, patches or software obsolescence
• For new business needs, participate in stages of the software project life cycle that generally include requirements gathering, investigation of solution options (purchased vs. custom), design, development, and testing/deployment
• Lead small, less-complex projects
Business Intelligence & Artificial Intelligence (Kingsport, TN)
• Aid in the development and support of BI & AI solutions to help business partners gain insight by transforming raw data into information which ultimately help to create a competitive advantage for Eastman
• Begin developing understanding of Eastman data and relevant BI & AI technologies to meet business objectives
• Shares and communicates information with co-workers and supervisor in work unit
• Ability to summarize and effectively communicate moderately complex information in varied written formats to business partners
• Work collaboratively with other members of the Data Science organization as well as embedded business analysts to ensure the BI & AI needs of Eastman are met
• Ability to work collaboratively in small agile teams to improve the operations of immediate work group by offering ideas, identifying issues, and respecting team members
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or comparable degrees
• Less than 2 years of post-graduate experience is preferred.
