Program Overview
The IES Engineering Industry Internship Program is designed for engineering students who want to understand how real-world projects move from drawings and specifications to pricing, procurement, and field execution.
This program provides hands-on exposure to:

- ERP-based project estimation
- Contractor workflows and bid processes
- Margin analysis and business decision-making
