Enterprise Operational Excellence & Digital Transformation Intern
We are seeking a Summer Intern to support our Enterprise Operational Excellence and Digital Transformation initiatives. This role will contribute directly to improving how we work across the organization by focusing on people enablement, process efficiency, automation, and continuous improvement (Kaizen). The intern will support the implementation of our enterprise strategy by developing operational standards, automating reporting and Kaizen processes, improving OEE and productivity, and building digital dashboards to measure adoption and performance across our global operations.
A key focus of this role will be helping automate our Kaizen and continuous improvement processes so that improvement opportunities are automatically triggered, captured, tracked, and sustained within our digital systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support enterprise-wide operational excellence initiatives focused on people, efficiency, automation, and Kaizen.
• Automate global reporting and data collection processes to increase efficiency, accuracy, and transparency.
• Assist in automating Kaizen processes, including the triggering of improvement opportunities, capturing ideas and actions, and tracking outcomes within enterprise systems.
• Document, standardize, and develop best practices for operational excellence, productivity improvement, and OEE optimization.
• Assist in the creation, organization, and maintenance of content for the Digital Operating System.
• Identify and implement KPIs to measure adoption of new systems, tools, and standard ways of working across the global plant network.
• Develop centralized dashboards and reports (using Power BI) to support management reviews, performance tracking, and action plans.
• Analyze operational and adoption data to generate insights that drive continuous improvement and people engagement.
• Support Kaizen workshops and continuous improvement activities, including documentation of improvements and lessons learned.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to ensure alignment, adoption, and successful project delivery.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree or have graduated from their degree program no earlier than December 2025 in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data & Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
• Basic understanding or experience with automation, digital tools, or DevOps practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and continuous improvement mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

Monthly Salary (undergraduate): $4,506
Monthly Salary (graduate): $6,066
