Production and Process Optimization Intern

As part of our motivated team, you will have the opportunity to actively contribute your knowledge and ideas. You will support us in the implementation and development of the production process Ovens and Ranges. We enable you to independently initiate and implement sub-projects in the field of process improvement/lean management.

  • Initial practical experience in production and lean management would be an advantage.
  • Confident use of MS Office 365
  • Able to work in an international-related environment within the organization.
  • Ongoing studies in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, engineering sciences, production engineering, electrical engineering, or comparable degree program.
    Responsibilities:

You will analyze your work processes, develop the best practice solutions, and derive and implement optimization proposals. 

 

  • Order of operations, work instruction implementation
  • Process performance tracking, takt times, or other analysis as needed.
  • Execute time studies to understand current process capabilities
  • Analyze process layout to determine potential optimization ideas
  • Analyze material supply flow to identify opportunities and risks
